Privacy Policy

For the purpose of this statement, the terms “Software Integrity” and “Company” include Software Integrity Ltd, its parent company and subsidiaries (if any), its assignees, its employees and any agents subcontracted under non-disclosure agreement to assist with its business endeavours.

In the course of its business, Software Integrity collects and stores business names, addresses and telephone numbers, business-related email addresses, sundry other business-related information and the names of people who are business contacts. The Company does not keep any data which could be considered personal and private; individuals submitting information to this business-related site are presumed to be doing so in a business capacity.

Software Integrity will:

  • Keep its data about other businesses on its own computers or on rented servers which it believes to be secure and which are run by reputable companies in the business of providing Web servers, virtual servers and the like.
  • Use the business data in its possession to help it meet the needs of its clients or potential clients, and to develop its business to further that end. This may include sending occasional emails to potential clients about products or services which the Company believes may be of interest to them, or requesting information.

Software Integrity will not:

  • Divulge any information it holds about any person or business (other than information which has already been made public by the person or business concerned, or its authorised agent), without the prior permission of that person or business, to any third party unless required to do so by law.
  • Use its retained data in order to send to any person or business excessive quantities of unsolicited email (spam).

This policy may be updated from time to time but the principles will remain the same.
